On September 6, 2022 we came together to disrupt the traditional data analysis framework that too often feels like a witch hunt. Instead, we chose to build a new process that works more like a treasure hunt and we dove through data to find ways to change the lives of every student we serve. DUSD educators will not be used as empty vessels for dumping. DUSD educators will be leveraged as agents of hope and action to better serve the Delhi Community. The historic All DUSD Day was a huge success. A major THANK YOU to the DUSD professional family for coming together as collaborating during a day of learning and growth!
