The district will offer free Parent Data Confirmation Workshops for families who need assistance completing the online process.  Location: Delhi Educational Park Library  Dates: Monday, July 20 – Friday, July 24  Workshop Hours:  Morning: 8:00–10:00 a.m. Afternoon: 2:00–4:00 p.m.  District staff will be available to answer questions and assist families with completing Data Confirmation.
Superintendent's Advisory Council Working Together to Strengthen Our Schools  The Delhi Unified School District Superintendent's Advisory Council provides an opportunity for students, parents, staff, and school administrators to work collaboratively with the Superintendent in support of our District's mission:  Unified in Purpose. Inspiring Excellence. Empowering Our Community.  The Council serves as a forum for meaningful dialogue, allowing members to share perspectives, provide feedback, and discuss District priorities, school experiences, and emerging issues that impact our students, families, and schools.  The Superintendent's Advisory Council is designed to strengthen communication, transparency, trust, and collaboration while ensuring diverse voices help inform District decision-making and continuous improvement.  Purpose  Members of the Superintendent's Advisory Council will:  Share ideas, feedback, and perspectives on District initiatives. Discuss opportunities and challenges affecting our schools. Promote communication between the District and school communities. Help strengthen relationships among students, families, staff, and District leadership. Provide recommendations that support continuous improvement.  A brief summary of each meeting will be shared publicly during the Superintendent's Report at the next regular meeting of the Governing Board.  Areas of Focus  Council discussions may include:  District priorities and strategic initiatives Student experience and well-being School culture and climate Family and community engagement Communication and transparency Continuous improvement Collaborative problem-solving Who Can Apply?  Each school site will be represented by:  One (1) Teacher or Counselor One (1) Classified Employee One (1) Parent/Guardian One (1) Student The School Site Administrator  Representatives will be selected by each school's School Site Council after reviewing all submitted applications.  Meeting Schedule  All meetings will be held on Wednesdays from 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.  October 28, 2026 December 9, 2026 January 20, 2027 March 24, 2027 April 28, 2027 May 26, 2027  Participants are asked to commit to attending all six meetings.  Application Process  Applications are now being accepted.  Application Deadline: Friday, August 21, 2026  School Site Councils will review applications and select representatives.
